Meet Our Staff

Klemmt’s licensed and certified staff provides expert service in a technologically advanced setting. A commitment to excellence builds on the company’s rich tradition of quality service to patients and the community.

Our practitioners include certified technicians, orthotists, pedorthists, a certified mastectomy fitter, and trained office and billing staff. All Klemmt staff members are dedicated in their service to patients and committed to providing the highest quality service possible at all times.

Marcus F. Klemmt, CPO, FAAOP
Marc Klemmt, president, is a second-generation practitioner at Klemmt Orthopaedic Service. As a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthotics and Prosthetics, Marc holds the highest distinction offered by the accrediting body. Marc earned a bachelor’s degree in orthotics and prosthetics from New York University. He is past president of the New York State American Academy of Orthotics and Prosthetics and a patient advocate on the national and local levels.

Marc and his wife Julie are active members of St. Margaret Mary Parish in Apalachin and are involved supporters of the activities of their two daughters. Marc volunteers in the Disabled Ski events at Greek Peak, and Julie is on the board of directors of the Lourdes Hospital Auxiliary.

Meet our other staff members:

Ed Fairchild is a Certified Orthotist/ Certified Pedorthist with over 25 years experience. He is also very involved in his community. Ed serves on the Colesville planning board and is the fire commissioner for Colesville Fire District No.1 .His knowledge and compassion for his patients makes him an important asset to the KOS team.

Keith McNeal has been by Marc’s side in the lab since 1996. He is a Certified Fitter of Orthotics, and is a wizard at modifying and fabricating them. Keith manages the lab, keeping it running smoothly. He prides himself on providing quality workmanship and strives to remain current with the newest components and fabrication techniques.

Shelia Randolph has been with Klemmt since 1999. She is a Certified Fitter of Orthotics and Mastectomy (CFOM). Shelia treats all of her patients with compassion and is an expert in her field. Patients really enjoy her sense of humor and warm personality. Shelia is the most knowledgeable, up-to-date mastectomy practitioner in the region.

Debbie Creely is an anchor in the reception area. She has been welcoming Klemmt patients with a big smile and her sunny personality since 1998. Debbie is top-notch when dealing with insurance companies and handling the needs of our patients. She truly cares, and it shows!

Joy Ousterout joined our team in Aug. 2010. She is a bright addition to our staff. Our patients comment that she is aptly named because of her friendly, warm personality. Joy is part of our billing and also reception staff, and patients really enjoy working with her.

Julie Klemmt is the wife of Marcus Klemmt. She has been with Marc since the beginning in 1983 and officially joined the team in 2004. She is currently the Office Administrator and works in the main office.
