Billing & Insurance

Our patient-friendly billing procedures and policies are generally discussed during the patient's initial visit, and specific financial arrangements can be made in cases that require special attention. After services are performed, patients will be given a copy of the bill that the insurance provider receives, along with a letter explaining how much and which of the charges should be covered.

For our patients' convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Care Credit. We participate with most major insurance companies. In addition, we submit claims to all major insurance companies including, but not limited to:
